Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Rinox (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Service description

Rinox is an AI-assisted code generator that produces integration scripts between security platforms based on the natural-language descriptions you provide. Generated code is provided as a starting point and is your responsibility to review, test, and deploy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at security@rinox.io of any suspected unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate code intended to attack systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
• Bypass usage limits or rate limits, including via automation or multiple accounts.
• Submit prompts whose primary purpose is to extract or copy our system prompt or proprietary patterns.
• Upload content you do not have rights to share.
• Violate applicable law.

Generated content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and redistribute the code we generate for you, including in commercial products. The output is provided "as is" — see "Warranties" below.

Intellectual property

The Service itself, including our integration template, the RINOX IRON standard, the underlying prompts, and the platform configuration data, is and remains our property. These terms do not grant you any license to copy, redistribute, or build a competing service from any of the foregoing.

Fees and free tier

The free tier permits a limited number of generations as configured by us from time to time. Paid plans, if any, are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law.

Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED CODE WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS, FIT FOR YOUR PURPOSE, OR FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING, TESTING, AND VALIDATING ANY CODE BEFORE PRODUCTION USE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or for protection of the Service and its users. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders.
